L'Shana Tova! Happy New Year!

This is a time for deep reflection and a time for restorative self exam. These are the Days of Awe. A time to remember that the universe is forgiving and that with our thoughts, we can begin anew on this day...a rebirth of ourselves and our lives. Listen to the sounds of life around you, the shofar sounds, or that car horn, to awaken you to what is out there...wake up! Cast your bread into the waters of Life and cleanse your soul of your so-called wrong-doings. Let Nature absorb what you cast off, it will not take on your 'stuff''. Eliminate the 'I can't, I shouldn't, and I needs' out of your vocabulary and realize the true nature of your Spirit. Those thoughts only separate us from the truth. Release the past, be thankful for the experience, but know that in the moment right now, we are healed, we just don't realize it yet. In any moment, there is an opportunity to grow and know who we really are. My wife calls it AFGO "another fine growth opportunity" quoted from our friend Dr. Mark. All is forgiven in the moment of recognition.
